Under the surface reading and on the surface reading helps you become a better reader. On the surface is something you can prove in the story or the picture. Under the surface is a question that has more than one answer. They help you become a better reader because you are improving your reading because your asking yourself questions to understand the story better. Under the surface questions is like your scuba diving into the book, but on the surface questions are like your just snorkling. Like your just pulling questions out your head that can be proved. That's how to do under the surface reading and on the surface reading.
